Healthy Choice

This is a nice cookbook containing some great recipes that are high in protein and low in carbohydrates. As an addition to being healthy recipes this book is designed to help with inflammation. So all the recipes and help with many problems such as back pain and stiffness. I recommend checking out this book!

I am big fan of Anti Inflammatory Diet. I found a lot of valuable info and low carb, high protein recipes here. My favorite one is: Crock Pot 3 Bean Turkey Chilli. I would recommend this book for everyone who are looking to make some change in their life and planning to eat healthier and cleaner.
